We currently have approximately 50 cadets and 15 newda. It is a group run by volunteers but we are desperate for funding like all community groups. The group has been morris for seven years now and gets its name from the Ford Lane Community Centre in Litherland where they meet. They are thrilled to be involved and say they would spend whatever money they earned on transport, getting them to and from their dancer dance competitions.

We entertain at Nursing Homes, Day Centres etc. The playgroup is in one of the most deprived areas - Sparrow Hall. Our goal is to encourage boys and girls from ages years to experience new challenges and opportunities in line with the Scout Associations policies and regulations. However we have a shortage of toys dancfrs are old and recycled. We aim to make more of life together, which encompasses learning new skills and making new friends. We have particular expertise in caring for terminally ill patients and people with long-term degenerative or disabling conditions.

There are over children in the junior section alone who train Thursday evening and play Sunday mornings. In the two years I raced, went faster every race, so from my view, I never outgrew the bike.
